This committee is chaired by one of the treasurers and deals with all matters relating to administration and finance and reports to the Executive Committee. Meetings are held monthly to discuss the detailed financial statements and supporting information, staff related matters and the overall management of the Retirement Home.

The committee is further supported by sub-committees which comprises some experts that gives direction on Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Constitution, Technology, Communication, Taxation, Fundraising and Property Management and Development.
